Chief Executive at NSW Motorways

Camilla is the Acting Chief Executive of NSW Motorways, NSW’s dedicated motorways agency where she is working to prioritise motorist needs to deliver an improved and integrated tolling system that is more transparent and equitable. Since her joining, NSW Motorways has commenced a suite of reforms including the introduction of digital unpaid toll reminders, the nation’s first independent tolling focused ombudsman, the NSW Tollway Ombudsman and is working with tolling operators to remove administration fees.

Camilla is substantively, Transport for NSW’s Deputy Secretary, Infrastructure Projects and Engineering (IPE). In this role, she leads the delivering of public transport, road, rail fleet, active transport, property development and urban development projects across NSW. As Deputy Secretary, she leads the division working most directly with industry partners to deliver a dynamic project pipeline while supporting the priorities of the NSW Government including housing, local manufacturing and procurement objectives.

A Civil Engineer, Camilla has over 25 years’ experience in the development, delivery, structuring and financing of roads, public transport and other large infrastructure and property development projects. Prior to joining the NSW Government, Camilla led the development of some of the largest public private partnerships in Australia and New Zealand.
